Note.this is the same place she was a patient in after she escaped Barnabus. As Shaw, he takes his friend Maggie (who has suffered an emotional set-back and asked for a ride) to the local asylum. Just reading the audio's jacket-story description, I had thought because Shaw was Maggie's friend, he was a good guy. However, since I am 61-years-old and haven't seen the show on TV since I was a kid, one of those who raced home from school so as to not miss a single minute of it, my memory is a bit hazy concerning the ethical and moral aspects of Shaw's character. I have the complete DVD set and am slowly and gleefully making my way through the episodes. I had forgotten who Chris Pennock's character, Sebastian Shaw, was from the original Dark Shadows series. I've got to stop listening to these Dark Shadows audios late at night all alone. It was so freaking creepy at one point, I had to stop the CD and finish listening to it later the next morning in broad daylight. Oh, my gosh! I haven't had an audio story affect me as badly as this one did.
